By downloading, installing, or using the Tennis Near mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Tennis Near is a platform that connects tennis players ("seekers") with court owners and instructors ("providers"). The app enables users to discover, book, and manage tennis-related sessions and court reservations.

Tennis Near acts solely as an intermediary platform. We are not a party to any booking agreement between seekers and providers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Tennis Near. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent.

4. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Please notify us immediately at support@tennisnear.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

5. Bookings

• Bookings made through Tennis Near are agreements between the seeker and the provider.
• Cancellation and refund policies are set by individual providers. Please review them before booking.
• Tennis Near is not responsible for disputes arising from bookings, including no-shows, facility issues, or service quality.

6. Provider Responsibilities

If you use Tennis Near as a service provider, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about your listings, availability, and pricing.
• Deliver the services as described in your listings.
• Handle cancellations and disputes with seekers fairly and promptly.
• Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the app or its servers.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute any content from the app without permission.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software in Tennis Near are the property of Tennis Near or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

By submitting content (such as profile photos or listing descriptions), you grant Tennis Near a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content solely to operate and improve the service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Tennis Near is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. Use the service at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tennis Near shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app, including any losses arising from bookings between users and providers.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@tennisnear.com.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through the appropriate courts.
